Here's my contest entry for a facebook competition that went on called the "Retrogasm Art Competition". It's based off of Capcom's character, Tiffany Lords, that resided in their game Rival Schools. I did some slight change to the design compared to the original. I intended to have it's design/style to fit in the world of Street Fighter 4.
